スプリングアプトスは、ポリプロピレンという素材からできており糸にはギザギザの加工がされています。そして頬の手術に適しているとされており、頬の脂肪を持ち上げることでブルドッグのようなたるんだ皮膚も解消します。また今までは厳しいと言われていた首のたるみも解消してすっきりとした印象にすることができます。
さらに糸を挿入すると糸の周りにコラーゲンができるため張りのある頬に仕上がります。スプリングアプトスは従来のリフトアップ手術の効果が持続しないというデメリットを配慮した手術内容となっています。従来のやり方では数ヵ月で効果がなくなってしまう恐れがあったのに対してスプリングアプトスは糸に伸縮性を持たせて、効果を2年から3年程度持続させることができるようになりました。しかし手術を行う上で失敗もあり、傷跡が収縮してしまい影響を及ぼしているというのが挙げられます。これは手術後すぐにはわからないことが多くダウンタイム期間が終わってから確認することが求められます。
思っていたより効果を実感することができない場合やその他の失敗例
続いてのスプリングアプトスの切開のデザインが思っていたのと違っていたというケースです。思っていたよりも傷跡が残って目立ってしまったり、傷跡が大きくなってしまうこともあります。傷跡が大きくなってしまうのは、皮膚の切除範囲を大きくとりすぎていることが原因だと考えられます。
またヒアルロン酸手術よりも費用が高くダウンタイム期間も長いにも関わらず、効果がでないこともあります。手術直後の顔が腫れていたり赤みがでているときは手術をした感じがあり効果を期待することができますが、いざダウンタイム期間が終わり腫れがひくと思っていたより効果を実感することができない場合もあります。
またその他の失敗としては、肌のひきつり感を感じたり、しびれなどの傷跡や神経の損傷の後遺症が生じたりする可能性があります。後戻り、糸の干渉、皮膚の凸凹などが失敗として考えられます。ダウンタイム期間は2週間程度と気軽に受けることができる手術ではないので、しっかりとスプリングアプトスのデメリットも理解しておきましょう。

スプリングアプトスが効果が持続しないというのは、糸であるために切る手術みたいな、半永久的な効果ではないからです。数年の引き上げの効果をもたらしてくれるため、糸の美容治療でも比較的、持続は良い方ですし、なんといっても皮膚を切らないでいいというのは、負担が少なくなっていいことです。皮膚の大きな切開がないために、ダウンタイムの大きいリスクも極めて低レベルになるので、術後の不安も少ないです。

スプリングアプトスは従来の手術での問題てであった、ひきつれ・笑顔が不自然解いた問題を見事にクリアしています。今までのアプトス糸と申しますのは、糸自体に柔軟性がないものであり、引き上げる力にはすぐに限界が来てしまいました。顔の表情の変化対応ができなかったのは、今までの糸には伸縮性がなかったからです。そんな欠点をなくすため、シリコン素材とポリエステル製で、伸縮性によい非吸収性の糸になっています。
術後に糸が透けて見える
スプリングアプトスは手術後のダウンタイムは短めであり、糸が透けて見えるということも、ほとんどありません。しかし今までの旧式の糸の場合、技術者の未熟さもあって、糸が透けて見えるということはあったことです。顔の表面に、糸が見えていいはずがないですし、そんな不安はもって整形をするのはリスクが高すぎます。突起の先端は丸みがありますので、入れてもいｔ駆逐はしないですし、上手に入れれば見えることはないです。
おすすめは柔軟性に富んだ医療用糸
スプリングアプトスは顔の表情にも柔軟に対応ができるので、自然な表情で過ごしたい人には、おすすめの糸でのリフト整形です。従来の伸縮性がない糸でしたら、人間のよく動く顔の筋肉や表情についていけなくて、ひきつれたり、つっぱり感を感じるなど、不具合を生じることさえあったのです。しかしポリエステル製素材とシリコンのタッグを組んだ医療の糸は、柔軟な顔の表情を可能としてくれますので、日本人にも適しています。
