レーザーピーリングは、ちりめんじわや毛穴の引き締め、ニキビ跡の改善や毛穴の黒ずみ、古い角質の除去などを行うことで美肌を目指すことができます。使用されるレーザーは色に反応する性質があるため、照射を行いたい患部のところに、メラニン色素ほどに超微粒子の医療用カーボンローションを塗布することで、毛穴の奥まで入りこんだカーボンの色素に反応させて治療が行われます。肌の不純物の除去にもレーザーは使えるため、奥まで入りこんでも問題ありません。
治療には出血を伴う心配もなく麻酔などを使わなくてもほとんど痛みを感じませんが、痛みに敏感な人には塗る麻酔などで対応ができます。日焼けの肌には施術ができない場合があるので、医師の確認が大切です。乾燥肌や敏感肌の人にも基本的には施術ができます。皮膚病などがある人は、先に病気の治癒を行うことが先決です。
レーザーピーリングで修正を行う場合には、肌の状態を診断し悩みや希望を聞いてくれるクリニックで行うべきです。
どんな装置なの？
レーザーピーリングに使われる装置は、二つの波長の光を出すことが可能で、メラニン色素のある位置やカーボンローションの色素が入りこんだ毛穴やニキビ跡の深さに合わせて使用して行きます。色素に反応して熱が生まれることで引き締まったり、自己修復機能の働きにより肌内部でコラーゲンの産生が変化し肌質が改善されて行きますが、レーザーは入れ墨除去などにも用いられるような装置ですから、照射の仕方を誤ると肌に影響が出てしまう可能性があります。
確実な成果を得るためには4週間毎に5回程度施術を受ける必要があり、毛穴を引き締め肌質の改善も目指す人はその後も定期的に施術を受ける必要があります。修正を行う場合には、最初の施術で肌の状態が悪化している可能性もありますから、慎重にレーザーピーリングを実施してくれる名医がいるクリニックを選ぶ必要があります。
