ピーリングには、ケミカルピーリング、レーザーピーリング、クリスタルピーリングがあります。
ケミカルピーリングは、酸性のピーリング剤を肌に塗って古い角質を取り除きます。
ピーリング剤の中でも、手軽に利用できるのがAHAです。
グリコール酸は、効果が安定しているため、化粧品にも使われています。
BHAは、皮膚科や美容クリニックで使われます。
ただ、BHAはリスクもあるので注意が必要です。
クリスタルピーリングは、専用の機械を使い、顔にアルミニウムの粉を吹き付けてピーリングを行います。
レーザーピーリングは、医療レーザーを肌に照射して、古い角質を取り除いていきます。
最近、人気を集めているのが、医療用の超微粒子のカーボンクリームを肌に塗りこんでレーザーを照射する方法です。
医療レーザーは、黒い色に反応するので、レーザーが色素に反応し、熱が毛穴の中に伝わることで、肌が引き締められます。
肌乾燥から守る
レーザーを照射すると、肌の内部のコラーゲン生成も活発になるので、肌のキメが整い、肌にハリが出ます。
レーザーピーリングの施術時間は、30分くらいです。
施術時間が短いため、会社の帰りにクリニックに寄って、レーザーピーリングの施術を受けて帰る人も多いです。
メイクは、施術当日から可能です。
医療レーザーを照射した後は、肌の乾燥が強くなります。
肌の乾燥は一時的なものですが、保湿成分の入ったローションや美容液などを使って、しっかりと保湿する必要があります。
また、日焼け止めを塗るなどして、紫外線から肌を守ることが大事です。
肌が弱い人の場合、肌トラブルのリスクもあるので、医療レーザーを使った治療を受ける場合は、医師とよく話し合ってから施術を行うことが大事です。
レーザー治療に不安がある場合は、無料カウンセリングを利用して、納得するまで説明を受けることが大事です。
肌に異常が出た場合は、すぐに担当の医師に連絡を取り、診断を受けた方が安心です。
