Qスイッチヤグレーザーは皮膚の内部にメラニン色素が原因となって起こる、シミやあざなどを薄く或いは消してくれる治療法です。Qスイッチヤグレーザー機器のほとんどが皮膚の深部に届く波長と表皮のメラニン色素を破壊する波長の2種類を使用します。シミの状態によりこの2種類の波長を切り替え治療します。このような特徴から、そばかす、シミ、いぼ、青あざ、後天性メラノサイトーシス、タトゥー除去などにも適応しています。レーザーの出力を弱め複数回広範囲に照射することで、肝斑への治療にも有効な方法として注目されています。そして肝斑治療のように施術を行うと美肌、美白、毛穴の引き締め、くすみの改善、ハリの増加などの効果もあります。そしてQスイッチヤグレーザー治療のダウンタイム、痛み、内出血、腫れなどについてのことです。治療後のお肌はとてもデリケートなのでアフターケアがとても大切になってきます。しっかり行うことが出来上がりの差にも繋がります。
アフターケア方法
Qスイッチヤグレーザーの治療についてです。薄いシミ程度なら一回の照射で終わることもあります。やはり大きさや数、深さなどによりかわってきます。治療時間は通常5分から20分程度です。メイクは石鹸洗顔で落として行います。ファンデーションにレーザーが反応してしまうからです。施術中は色素沈着のある部分に輪ゴムで軽く弾かれたような痛みを感じる方もいます。照射範囲やシミが深い部分にある場合などは麻酔なども使えるので相談しましょう。術後のダウンタイムです。メイクは術後直後から可能ですが、治療部位は避けて下さい。照射直後部位の表面を拭いてガーゼまたは透明なテープを貼り治療部位を保護します。当日は入浴は控えて下さい。翌日より患部が水に濡れないようにして、洗髪や入浴も可能です。患部を決して強く擦らないようにして下さい。Qスイッチヤグレーザー後、多少赤みが残ります。そしてかさぶたになっていきます。1～2週間で自然に剥がれ落ちるまで無理やり剥がしたりしないで下さい。赤く腫れることが稀にありますが、時間とともに消失します。内出血などの心配はありません。治療後、特にかさぶたが剥がれた後は日焼け対策を行いましょう
