目の上のしわの美容整形方法としては、眉毛下切開（びもうかせっかい）が有名です。

眉の真下から皮膚を切除して、上まぶたのたるみを取ります。
切開する部分には局所麻酔をして、眉の真下を切開して、余分な部分の皮膚を切除します。
眉毛下切開法による目の上のしわの美容整形は、多くの医師がやりやすい手術とされています。ただし、医師の腕によって眉の傷跡の残りかたに差が出ます。
雑な医師が手術してしまうと傷跡が醜く残ってしまう可能性もあるので、眼瞼下垂（がんけんかすい）などの治療例が多いクリニックを選ぶことが大切です。
料金が不明瞭だったり、他の不要な手術を無理に勧めてくるような病院は選ばないほうが良いです。医師の経歴がよくわからない、大手チェーン店の美容外科なども手術の腕に関して不安が残ります。
