加齢によって目の上の脂肪が減ってしまうと、上まぶたがこけてくぼんでしまい、顔が老けて見える大きな原因の一つとなります。
そんな目の上のこけに自力で対処することは難しいのですが、一方で美容整形であれば数多くの対処方法が考えられます。
目の上のこけの美容整形施術は多岐にわたっており、代表的なものとしては大掛かりな手術となる本格的なフェイスリフトからプチ整形の糸を使った簡易なリフトアップ術、より手軽に受けることが出来る方法としてはヒアルロン酸や脂肪の注入などが挙げられます。
基本的にどの方法も安全性の確立された施術となりますが、どのような方法でも少なからずリスクがあるのと同様に目の上のこけの美容整形にも少なからず施術の失敗や施術後のトラブルなどのリスクが生じます。

美容整形のリスクについて
目の上のこけの美容整形で起こりえるリスクは、まずリフトアップ系の施術の場合、あまり皮膚がリフトアップされずに効果が出ないことや逆に皮膚がリフトアップされすぎて顔の表情がつくりづらくなるというケースがあります。
またヒアルロン酸や脂肪を注入する場合は、注入する量や部位によって目の上が凸凹になってしまうというケースが考えられます。
上記のような施術の失敗以外では、施術後の腫れがなかなかひかないというケースも起こりえます。
腫れが引く期間には個人差がありますので、人前に出るような機会がある場合は、事前にどのくらいで腫れが引くのかを確認しておかなければいけません。
このように目の上のこけの美容整形にはどのような方法であったとしてもリスクがあるものですので、施術を受けるクリニックの症例数や医師の実績、また施術を受ける前のカウンセリング時にそうしたリスクの説明をきちんとしてくれるクリニックを選ぶことが重要です。
