マドンナリフト(アイリフト)はレーザーを照射して瞼のたるみ、シワなどを改善させて若々しく再生させる治療です。目の周りはデリケートで老化現象の出やすい部分ですが、瞼へのレーザー照射が行えず切開をともなう外科手術が一般的でした。マドンナリフト(アイリフト)は微細な炭酸ガスフラクショナルレーザーを用いることで、治療することができるようになりました。肌に細かい点状の小さなミクロの穴を開けて照射し、表皮を蒸散させて改善していきます。
多数の点状の穴を開けながら適度な熱作用を加え、皮膚の再生を行います。点状の穴から放出される熱の作用で周囲の皮膚が収縮し、コラーゲン造成や皮膚の引き締め効果を促進います。ニキビ跡、傷跡、毛穴の引き締めなどにも優れた効果を発揮します。切開をともなう手術のように表情を変化させることはなく、とても自然な仕上がりです。
また切開に比べてダウンタイムは大幅に軽減され、内出血等はありません。治療中の軽い痛み、腫れ、赤みは早めに治ります。
効果とアフターケア
マドンナリフト(アイリフト)は目の周囲が綺麗に改善されて皮膚のハリが増して、肌トーンが明るくなるメリットなどたくさんあります。またたるみによって目が小さく見えている場合も、目の大きさが元に戻り目力アップで若々しい効果が増幅します。
しかし切開をともなう手術と比較して持続時間は長くはありません。通常月に一度の照射で4~5回を目安により改善されます。また何度も繰り返して照射をうけることで、色素沈着をおこすケースもあります。そのため重度のたるみがある場合は、切開による手術ほど効果はありません。金の糸や日焼けをしている方はマドンナリフト(アイリフト)が、受けられません。
照射後の腫れ、赤みは1~2日ほどで収まりますが、火照りなどひりひりとする痛みはクーリングで改善されます。
このようにダウンタイムは短い時間ですが、点状のかさぶたは2日頃から発生して剥がれ落ちるまで一週間ほどかかります。内出血はほとんどありませんが、照射後の肌は乾燥していますので、充分な保湿は必要です。
