En el pasado, el balanceo se realizaba luego de desmontar el volador del motor, pero las avances tecnologicos actuales facilitan ejecutar dicho proceso de manera directa en el carro, lo que esto reduce plazo y dinero.
Como se define el Desbalance?
El desequilibrio constituye una condicion en la donde la cantidad de un cuerpo rotativo (en este particular caso, el volante de balanceo con cesta de embrague) se reparte de forma desequilibrada en funcion de su punto de rotacion de rotacion. Lo cual produce cargas centrifugas que causan temblores.
Principales del Desbalance del Volante de Estabilizacion con Cesta de Embrague:
Inexactitudes de manufactura y acoplamiento: Incluso minimas variaciones en la estructura de los elementos llegan a provocar falta de equilibrio.
Deterioro y problemas: El uso prolongado, el sobrecalentamiento y los fallas mecanicas pueden cambiar la cantidad y dar lugar en desequilibrio.
Colocacion o reparacion deficiente: Una colocacion incorrecta de la cesta de embrague o servicios inapropiados igualmente llegan a generar desequilibrio.
