必ず日焼け止めクリームをして、外出することをお勧めします。
紫外線を浴びないように心がけた方が良いので、帽子やマスクをして出かけましょう。
化粧品を塗ることで肌がヒリヒリすることもあるかもしれません。
なるべく無添加で低刺激の化粧品を使いましょう。
数日経つと、皮がめくれることもありますが、無理に剥がそうとしない方が良いです。
