法令線があると一気に老けた印象になってしまい、いつまでも若々しくいたいと願っている女性にとっては大敵です。このような法令線のくぼみの美容整形として挙げられるのが、ヒアルロン酸注射です。ヒアルロン酸注射は肌にハリを戻して法令線を目立たなくすることで若返って見える効果があり、さらにメスを使って切開をすることがないので美容手術の中でも比較的手軽に受けることができます。ここまでだと法令線のくぼみの美容整形には良いところしかないように感じるかもしれません。しかしメリットだけでなくデメリットもあり、その1つとして口の周りがボコボコになる可能性を挙げることができます。口の周りにしこりのようなボコボコができてしまった場合は、ヒアルロン酸が肌にうまく馴染まなかったり量が多くて上手く溶けなかったことが挙げられます。この場合はヒアルロン酸の溶解液を注入して溶かすことで改善することができますが、別料金を支払わなければならず、お金と手間がかかってしまいます。
医師によっては傷が残るというデメリットもあります
またヒアルロン酸による法令線のくぼみの美容整形はコンスタントにお金がかかり続けるというデメリットがあります。速効性が高く腫れも少ないので手軽に手術を受けることができますが、持続期間は3ヶ月から1年程度だといわれています。そのためいつ効果が無くなるかを常に考えておかないといけませんし、自然な仕上がりであってもコンスタントに顔がすっきりとしている状態が続いたりなくなったりすると、美容整形を疑われる可能性もあります。費用も毎年かかってくるので、一回あたりの費用は大がかりな手術と比べると安いかもしれませんが、総合的には高く支払わなければいけない可能性のある手術です。また血流障害を起こすこともあり、ヒアルロン酸が血管内に注射されたり血管を圧迫する事で皮膚への栄養が行き渡らずに、皮膚が死んでしまう場合があります。ただし血流障害を起こす可能性はほとんどありません。この他にはしこりが残る、感染する、効果がわかりにくい、すぐになくなるなどが法令線のくぼみの美容整形のデメリットとして挙げられます。
