医師によっては傷が残るというデメリットもあります
またヒアルロン酸による法令線のくぼみの美容整形はコンスタントにお金がかかり続けるというデメリットがあります。速効性が高く腫れも少ないので手軽に手術を受けることができますが、持続期間は3ヶ月から1年程度だといわれています。そのためいつ効果が無くなるかを常に考えておかないといけませんし、自然な仕上がりであってもコンスタントに顔がすっきりとしている状態が続いたりなくなったりすると、美容整形を疑われる可能性もあります。費用も毎年かかってくるので、一回あたりの費用は大がかりな手術と比べると安いかもしれませんが、総合的には高く支払わなければいけない可能性のある手術です。また血流障害を起こすこともあり、ヒアルロン酸が血管内に注射されたり血管を圧迫する事で皮膚への栄養が行き渡らずに、皮膚が死んでしまう場合があります。ただし血流障害を起こす可能性はほとんどありません。この他にはしこりが残る、感染する、効果がわかりにくい、すぐになくなるなどが法令線のくぼみの美容整形のデメリットとして挙げられます。
