頬のこけの美容整形方法には、ヒアルロン酸注射や脂肪注入といった方法があります。
ヒアルロン酸注射は注入部位や注入量により料金相場が異なりますが、だいたい1ccあたり5〜10万円程度です。
脂肪注入は1部位で30万円、顔全体を行う場合には100万円程度かかることがあります。これにプラスして吸引代がかかるので、その場合には1部位で60万円程度がかかると考えておいたほうが良いでしょう。

ヒアルロン酸注射による頬のこけの美容整形は、注入直後から効果を感じることができます。ただし、皮膚から徐々に吸収されて効果がなくなってしまうので、効果を維持させたいのであれば薬の効果が切れる前に受けるという継続的な注入が必要になります。その場合はコストがかかることを忘れないようにしましょう。
濃縮脂肪細胞とは
ヒアルロン酸注射による頬のこけの美容整形に対して、脂肪注入は自身の脂肪組織を採取して注入するので、効果が長持ちします。
従来の脂肪注入では脂肪細胞の壊死、石灰化、しこり、などのリスクがありましたが、それを改良した濃縮脂肪細胞（コンデンスリッチファット）が使われるようになってからは、そのリスクが低くなりました。さらに生着率が上がって、90％になっています。
脂肪注入による頬のこけの美容整形の料金相場は、吸引代も含めると60万円程度です。一度生着すれば効果は半永久的に持続するので、ヒアルロン酸注射を継続的に受けるよりもコスパは良いと言えます。
ただし、脂肪注入は仕上がりが気に入らなかったり失敗した場合でも、ヒアルロン酸注射のように元に戻ることがありません。そのため、修正が困難になります。
まずはヒアルロン酸注射でイメージを作っておいて、本格的に行うなら脂肪注入と段階的に行っていくと安全かもしれません。
