ハムラ法は切開手術なので、ダウンタイムはクマやたるみを治療する施術の中では長い方に入ります。そのため、ダウンタイム期間中にどんな過ごし方をしたのかによって、その仕上がり方が大きく変わることもあるので充分注意が必要です。まず、腫れや痛みや内出血などは、個人差もありますが、1～2週間程続きます。切開をした部分の傷は、3週間程は赤みが続くことがありますが、メークで隠すことが出来るので大丈夫です。痛みが出る方もいますが、その場合は冷たいタオルやアイスパックで冷やすことで多少は治まりますし、もしそれでも治まらない時、クリニックで処方された痛み止めを服用して抑えることが出来ます。内出血が出た場合は、2週間程で吸収されていくので、それまではメークで上手に隠しましょう。ハムラ法は切開が伴うので、激しい運動や飲酒は出来るだけ控える必要があります。ダウンタイム期間中は、出来るだけ安静にして過ごすようにしましょう。
