近年ではアンチエイジングも美容方法として主流になってきました。クリニックによる施術でも、アンチエイジング効果に特化したものを扱う施術が増えています。そのひとつが『ギャラクシー』です。
ギャラクシーは所謂レーザー療法の事ですが、通常のレーザー療法とは異なります。特徴としては、2種類の高周波を使用し、アンチエイジングの効果を高めるものです。
この2種類の高周波は、皮膚の奥にあるコラーゲンを活性化させる働きを持っています。コラーゲンは、皺やたるみの原因とも言われ、不足すると肌トラブルを招く事になります。コラーゲンを上手に作り出し、肌を生まれ変わらせるために、この2種類の高周波は効果的です。
この施術ですが、現在は『コンタクトクーリングオフ』という、肌表面をマイナス5度近くまで下げる方法を使う事が多いです。これは極力痛みを少なくするために行うもので、施術時の肌への負担も少なくて済みます。
しかし施術後は痛みを伴う事もあるので、その場合のアフターケアが必要になります。
冷やして血行を良くしない
ギャラクシーのレーザー療法を行った後、痛みがあるようならまずクリニックに相談しましょう。大抵のクリニックは、症状に合わせて鎮痛剤を処方してくれます。決められた量を、決められた期間飲む事で痛みが和らぐ事が多いです。
クリニックに行く時間がない、すぐになんとかしたいという場合もあります。その時はまず、痛みがある部分を冷やしてください。冷やすといっても、氷を直接あてると刺激になってしまう恐れがあります。濡らしたタオルをあてるようにしましょう。または氷をタオルなどで包んで、直接肌に当てないように気をつける事が大事です。
自分で出来るアフターケアを行う事で、通常は時間が経てば痛みは引いてきます。
アフターケアの他にギャラクシーの施術を受けた後は、血行を良くしないようにしてください。どの施術にも同じ事が言えますが、レーザー療法は肌に多少の刺激を与えます。電気を身体に流し、肌細胞を作り変える療法なので刺激は仕方ありません。
そのため施術後の肌は敏感になっています。血行を良くしないように、マッサージや触ったりといった事は控えましょう。
