失敗例と後悔
ゴールデンリフトは、純金の糸を皮膚に埋め込む手術です。美貌で知られている古代エジプトの女王クレオパトラも、金の糸を美容のために使用していたと伝えられています。
ゴールデンリフトは、純金の糸を皮膚に網目状に埋め込むことで、その周りの細胞が修復後に再生する際にマクロファージや繊維芽細胞を刺激して、コラーゲンやヒアルロン酸やエラスチンなどを大量に生み出すことで肌にハリや弾力が生まれるため、リフトアップ効果が期待できます。
また、マクロファージはメラニンを消費するため、美白効果も同時に期待できます。ゴールデンリフトは、顔のたるみやシワなどが気になる部分に施術されることが多いですが、首や手などへの施術も可能です。
手術そのものも安全性が高いですし、ごく短時間で完了するものです。そして、身体への負担も比較的少ないので、ダウンタイムも短くて済みます。しかし、その効果は半永久的に続きます。このように、様々なメリットが期待できるのですが、もしこの手術を受けるなら、どんな失敗が存在するのかも知る必要があります。
また費用は医療機関によって異なり、施術部位によっても様々です。ですが、20万円から30万円くらいが一般的な相場です。また、ゴールデンリフトの失敗によって想定される状況には、皮膚のひきつれが起こり、表情に違和感が出る、リフトアップ効果が得られない、挿入した部分に凹凸が見られるなどが考えられます。

ゴールデンリフトの手術で失敗するケースとして多くみられるのは、金の糸が外に出てしまったり、皮膚の表面が凸凹になったり、皮膚が引きつって不自然な表情になってしまうなどです。
そして、ゴールデンリフトは、純度の高い純金の糸を体内に埋め込むことによって、様々なメリットが得られる手術ですが、もしこの金の糸に不純物が混ざっていたら、副作用や後遺症が残って失敗してしまう可能性があります。
失敗してしまうケースは、金の糸に不純物が混ざっていたことが原因になることも多いです。そのため、ゴールデンリフトを成功させるためには、金の純度と、信頼できる医師かどうかが重要になるのです。
また、金属アレルギーで顔の表面や首などが、赤くなったり腫れてしまったりすることがあるので、注意が必要です。
これらのケースの多くは、医師の技術力によっても結果は大きく違うので、もし、手術を受けるなら、手術経験が多くて技術力の高い名医を選択することをおすすめします。

金の糸(ゴールデンリフト)の効果が持続しないケースがあります。
金の糸(ゴールデンリフト)をしたのに、ハリや弾力アップ効果が持続しないケースがあります。そもそも金の糸でリフトアップできるのは、傷の創傷過程を利用しています。何かで肌に傷ができた場合、その傷を治そうと周辺の皮膚が盛り上がるのですが、これが肌内部でも起こっているのです。ただ、その傷自体が治ってしまうとその盛り上がりもなくなります。肌内部の傷が治ればこの盛り上がりもなくなるので、元の肌状態に戻ってしまうのです。
純金でないことによる感染とアレルギーも考えられます
ゴールデンリフトは金の糸を皮膚に挿入することで、肌のターンオーバーを促進し、肌全体を若返らせることができます。針で挿入するだけなので、切る必要がなく、施術時間は30分くらいで終わります。
また、術後の痛みや腫れが起こりにくいので、体への負担が少ない施術です。
しかしながら、安い費用で行っている医療機関では、粗悪な金の糸を使っている場合があります。純度の低い金の糸を使用すると、後遺症が残るリスクがあるので注意しなければいけません。
金の糸(ゴールデンリフト)には純金でないことによる感染とアレルギーも考えられます。純金とは言っても100％何の混じりもない純金を作るのは今の技術をもっても不可能です。そのため本当に微量ですが、不純物が含まれる金の糸を肌内部に埋め込むことになります。この不純物による感染の可能性もありますし、感染とまではいかなくてもそれをアレルゲンとみなす、アレルギー反応が出る可能性もあるわけです。
糸が透けて見える失敗という症例
金の糸はその名の通り、金色をしています。肌の色に若干は似ていますが、実際の色はかなり異なります。そのため肌内部に埋め込む際、肌の浅い部分に埋め込んでしまうことで、肌から糸が透けて見える失敗の可能性もあります。
失敗したら糸を抜けばいいと安易に考えられているかもしれませんが、糸の周りにはコラーゲンなどの皮膚組織が作られるので、引き抜くというより剥がし取る方法になり、かなりの大手術となるのです。
名医を探して執刀を依頼すべし
このように金の糸にはいくつかのデメリットがあるのです。
