皮膚には絶対に直射日光を当てない
フラクショナルレーザーは内出血を心配するよりも、外への出血をすることがありますので、衛生面の管理は気をつけましょう。フラクショナルレーザーは照射を受けるときも相当痛いですが、ダウンタイム機関の最初の頃もしみる痛みがあります。レーザー光の照射直後には、若干の腫れもありますが次第に引いていきます。ダウンタイムで気をつけないといけないのは、皮膚には絶対に直射日光を当てないということです。レーザー光で小さな穴をあけてから、自然治癒で治りますが、そこまでには時間が必要です。ダメージを受けている肌は弱く、そのあとから入れ替わる若い肌も、またとても弱いものです。太陽の光に何も対策をなしに浴びてしまえば、強い紫外線によって大きいダメージが加わることになります。皮膚は黒く焼けてしまいますし、色素沈着は皮膚に残って目立つシミが出来てしまいます。ですからレーザー光の治療を受けるならば、UVケアの対策は必須だと言えます。
