CO2フラクショナルレーザーは、最近アンチエイジング治療に使われることが増えています。
炭酸ガス（CO2）を点状に照射することで美容効果を発揮するもので、水に反応しやすい性質を利用します。
人間の皮膚の大部分は水なので、CO2フラクショナルレーザーを照射すると水分に反応して、その時に熱が発生します。その熱エネルギーによって皮膚組織の一部を気化、蒸散させてホクロやイボを除去します。

例えば照射後に肌に赤み、熱感、ヒリヒリ感、などがあらわれることがあります。個人差はありますが、だいたいこれが1〜2日間続きます。
出力が強いとさらにこの状態が長引いてしまうこともあります。
日焼けをしてしまうと色素沈着を起こしてしまう
CO2フラクショナルレーザーのリスクとして、照射後に日焼けをしてしまうと色素沈着を起こしてしまうことがあります。肌をきれいにするためにCO2フラクショナルレーザーを照射したら、かえって皮膚の色が悪くなってしまったら意味がありません。
色素沈着を避けるためには、日焼け止めを使って外出する、紫外線は避ける、といった対策が必要になります。また、刺激の強いピーリング剤の使用もしばらくは避けたほうが良いでしょう。
1回の治療で入れ替え可能な肌の割合は、10〜20％です。複数回受ける場合には、1ヶ月前後は照射を見合わせたほうが良いです。定期的に通うことになるので面倒なことや、最終的な費用が高くなってしまう可能性もあります。
1ヶ所につき5,000円〜1万円が相場ですが、何ヶ所も照射したい場合には金額が大きくなることを覚悟しておく必要があります。
適正価格でやってくれるクリニックを探すためにも、美容医療相談機関を利用すると良いでしょう。
