糸のフェイスリフトの１つエックス（Ｘ）トーシスは、X-tosis(エクストーシス)と呼ばれる非吸収性、または吸収性の糸を挿入して頬にボリュームを出します。糸を2本使用し、それぞれ頬と側頭部の皮下組織にV型にクロスさせて通すことによって、頬を全体的に引き上げる（リフトアップ）ことができます。
