ブローリフトのアフターケアはクリニックによって差がありますが、何か問題などがあっても直ぐに相談が出来て対応をしてくれるところだと安心です。
ブローリフトなどの目元の皮膚を切開する手術は、切開した部分の抜糸は約1週間後ぐらいです。
手術当日、翌日に2日後までは傷跡を濡らさないようにします。
洗顔は傷跡を濡らさないようにして目元以外の部位だけ洗います。
この時に洗顔料などは使えます。
傷跡が濡れた時には、綺麗なタオルなどで軽く拭き取ります。
洗顔料などがついたときは、水で軽くすすぐまたは、濡れたタオルでふき取ります。
シャンプーなどの洗髪も同じように傷跡に泡などがつかないように慎重に洗います。
万一、泡がついたときも軽くすすいだり、濡れたタオルで拭きとればよいです。
手術をしてから3日後には、縫合した傷口はほぼくっついているので少しは水に濡れても大丈夫です。
ただし、傷痕を強く擦ったりするのはいけません。
3日以降なら傷跡を含んで目元を軽く洗うことも可能で、洗顔後も傷跡に泡が残らないように綺麗にすすぎます。
自宅でのケアも大切
ブローリフトのアフターケアは、クリニックでの対処も重要ですが自宅でのケアも大切になります。
約1週間後に抜糸が出来るので、傷痕なども普通に目元を洗うことが出来ます。
ブローリフトの手術後1ヶ月ぐらいは傷跡に負担をかけるような、ごしごしと擦ったりするのは避けて軽く指の腹で擦るぐらいにします。
抜糸後についまぶたを強く擦っても、二重のラインがとれることはほぼありません。
目元の手術後は適度に冷やすことで、冷やさないよりも腫れが引くのが少しだけ早くなります。
必ず冷やす必要はないですが、出来れば冷やした方がよいです。
冷やさなかったからといって、完全に腫れが引いた後の仕上がりに差が出ることはないです。
お風呂に関しては、当日は避けた方がよいです。
切開する手術だと早い時期に身体が温まることで、血流が良くなりすぎて腫れが強くなることがあります。
手術後24時間は、血流が良くなることで傷口から出血することがあります。
出血したときは、軽くガーゼなどで押さえてから氷やアイスノンなどをガーゼでくるんだもので軽く押さえれば止まります。
