アンカレッジは、アンカースレッドリフトのことで、プチ整形の一種でフェイスリフトアップを目的としたものです。
仕組みとしては、糸を用いて皮膚を引張りあげるというもので、糸にはギザギザの加工がなされており、これによって肌を引張りあげると同時に引き締めることができます。
一方で効果としてはやや限定的であるため主に軽度のたるみの治療に使われます。このアンカレッジに使われる糸は、体内に吸収されるもので、１年程度でなくなり、身体の繊維組織に置き換わる仕組みとなっています。
このため意図的に繊維組織を形成させることで、効果を維持することができますし、繊維組織はコラーゲン層となるため美肌効果も得ることができます。
一方でアンカレッジの料金相場としては片頬に３本で両頬の６本で約２０万円程度になります。同様の糸が使われる美容整形術では、同様の本数で３０万円から７０万円程度が相場であるため、比較的価格面では低い整形術になります。
皮膚を引張るタイプの美容整形術の中では比較的料金が低い
アンカレッジのメリットとしては、糸を挿入して皮膚を引張るタイプの美容整形術の中では比較的料金が低いという点であり、料金相場も１０万円から２０万円程度となっています。
一方で、切るタイプのフェイスリフトアップやその他の糸を用いたフェイスリフトアップに比べてやや効果が低いというのが欠点といえます。
また糸を用いたフェイスリフトアップにありがちなひきつれや挿入した糸による炎症といったリスクがあります。
特に軽度なたるみには効果がありますが、重度のたるみの場合には思ったような効果を得られないケースもあります。
このため医師によっては肌やたるみの具合の状態によってはアンカレッジとは別の方法を提示するケースもあります。
一方で切らない美容整形であるためプチ整形の一種として扱われ、また料金も低いものですが手術には高い技術が求められるものであり、経験を積んだ医師やアフターケアの整ったクリニックを選ぶ必要があります。
