ACR療法とは、自分自身の血液中に存在する血小板を利用して、顔のしわやたるみを改善する美容外科手術で、もっとも安全性の高い施術として近年注目を集めています。
メスを使った切開手術の必要もなく、自分自身の血液を利用する為、副作用の心配もなくアレルギーもないので安心です。
施術の方法は、まず患者自身の血液を採取し、遠心分離によって血小板を集めて、これらを活性化し、濃縮させた状態でしわやたるみの気にある部分に注入し、細胞を活性化させて若返りをはかります。
このACR療法の特徴は、腫れが少なく、施術時間が短いという他にも、細胞を活性化させるということで、美肌効果も期待でき、アレルギーや副作用がほとんどないというメリットがあります。
ただ注入しすぎたことで、膨らみすぎたり、しこりになってしまった場合には、修正手術をおこなう必要があります。ただ術後数週間の場合は再手術が難しいため、3ヶ月ほど経過してから治療を行うことになります。

このためACR療法では気になる部位に多血小板血漿を直接注入することで、細胞を活性化させることができ、いわゆる再生療法の一種になります。美容整形の分野では注射器だけで治療が行えるためプチ整形として主にフェイスリフトアップの方法としてしわやたるみを改善するために行われます。
一方でこの治療法でも失敗する可能性はゼロではありません。ひとつは効果が出ないというケースと、もうひとつが成長因子を添加したもののケースで発生するしこりなどがあります。
効果が出ないといったケース
ACR療法での失敗の種類として、効果が出ないといったケースがありますが、この場合には自己の血液の成分によって発生します。
血小板は体調によってその量が変化しますし、また多血小板血漿を注入したからといって体質によっては十分な働きが起らないケースもあります。
このためやや不確実性の治療法であるため取り扱っているクリニックが少ない原因となっています。
しかし、ACR療法は自己の血液を原料としているため、アレルギー反応が出ないメリットがあり、さまざまな改良が行われています。
そのひとつが成長因子を添加したものです。この場合には血液以外の成分が入っているためしこりなどが出るトラブルがあります。このためACR療法でも成長因子を用いているものは失敗したさいのリスクが高いため注意が必要です。
一方で血小板の濃度を高める方法も考案されており、このさいに自己の血液のみで血小板の抽出量の濃度を高めるものもあり、その場合には通常の方法と同様に副作用が出ないメリットがあります。
ACR療法での失敗として起こる「持続期間が短い」ってどういうこと？
持続期間が短いことについて。
ACR療法は、再生治療の一種ですが、再生治療の中で治療の効果の持続期間が短いとされています。治療期間は3か月から1年ほどであるとされていて、もっと長い効果を期待したい場合には、他の治療法を選択することをおすすめします。気軽に行いやすいような治療法になっているため、人気が出ていますが、いろいろなことを医師とカウンセリングをして、最も希望するような治療法を選択することがよく、情報を整理することが大切です。
しこり・膨らみ過ぎる症状が出る場合もある
ACR療法を行うと、皮膚などに「しこり・膨らみ過ぎる」といった症状が起こる可能性があります。皮膚を再生させるような内容の治療法であり、再生の度合いによってしこりなどができてしまうこともあるため、この治療で用いられる注射液を、肌の状態などによって適切な量を入れてくれるような医師に治療をしてもらうことが大切になっています。口コミなどで治療実績や治療結果などを事前に調べることでよいところが選べるため、調べるとよいです。

ACR療法は、肌の再生医療の分野で比較的気軽にできる治療で、自分の血液を採取して、遠心分離にかけ、血液と血小板を分離させて血小板の有効な部分を、肌の気になる部分に注入するというシンプルな美容手術です。
血小板は、血を固めるときにでる成分で、怪我をしたときに肌の内側の組織に働きかける物質です。この血小板をたるみやしわが気になる部分に注入することで、血小板そのものの成長因子が肌細胞に働きかけて、コラーゲンやエラスチンの生成を促します。
ただ、ヒアルロン酸や脂肪注入のように形成はできないため、即効性はなく、2週間から2ヶ月かけてじっくりと効果を発揮していくという特徴があります。
個人差はありますが、効果は3ヶ月～1年ほど持続し、徐々にハリが戻ってくるため、周囲にばれる心配はありません。
ただACR療法は、医師の技術が必要となる施術で、失敗すると膨らみすぎたり、効果を得られないという場合があり、修正手術を行う必要がでてきますから、医師選びを慎重に行うことが大切です。
