3Dリフトは、顔をリフトアップする美容整形術のひとつで、糸と用いて顔の皮膚をリフトアップするものです。3Dリフトは従来の切開して縫合するリフトアップする美容整形術とは異なり、糸のみで行うため切開が伴いません。
このため短い施術時間で済み、またメスを使わないのでダウンタイムも短いといったメリットがあります。糸は、体内に吸収される糸が使われ、糸の両端には数個の円錐形のコーンが取り付けられています。
この円錐形のコーンがあることで、より強力にグリップさせることができ、リフトアップ効果を高めています。
また体内に吸収される糸であるため将来に発生する糸が残留することによる感染症のリスクを下げることができます。
切らない美容整形術であるためプチ整形の一種とされますが、取り扱っている美容クリニックが少なくまた費用の相場としては２０万円から４０万円とプチ整形としては高額な部類になります。またプチ整形とはいっても失敗のリスクがあります。
ここでは3Dリフトの修正についてご紹介します。

3Dリフトはメスを使うことなくできる手術の為、比較的失敗するケースが少なく安全と言われていますが、それでも比較的新しい手術の為、知識や経験が未熟な医師も多いので上手な医師を見つけることは失敗のリスクを軽減させる為には欠かすことのできないポイントになります。

3Dリフトの手術に失敗してしまうと、ひきつれ・笑顔が不自然というリスクが伴います。
これは、他のリフトアップ手術と同様に、糸でたるみを引き上げることでたるみなどを解消していく手術なので、しっかりと糸を通してもらうことができなかったり、本数が足りなければ見た目に変化を感じない可能性があり、引き上げすぎてしまえば、不自然だったり違和感を感じて生活することになりかねないという事でもあります。
そのため、医者選びは大切です。
ダウンタイムも短くて済み、またリスクが少ないという点で人気がありますが、まだ開発されて間もない手術なので、正しい知識がない医師による施術の場合、ひきつれなどのリスクが伴う可能性も否定できません。
引きつれを起こして、口や目の機能に影響を与えてしまうこともあります。
効果が持続しない場合がある
3Dリフトは、他のリフトアップ整形と異なり、特殊な糸を用いて、立体的にリフトアップを行う弥縫整形手術の方法です。
リフトアップでは若返りの効果を期待している人も多く、メスを使用しないのでダウンタイムも短期間で済むことがメリットです。
しかし、糸の通し方や、不適切な部位を引き上げた場合に、効果が持続しないというデメリットもあります。

さらに、失敗のリスクとして挙げられるのが、手術後に糸が透けて見えるということです。
これは、3Dリフトに使用する糸が、他のリフトアップ手術に使用する糸と若干異なることも原因です。
3Dリフトでは、円錐状のコーンが付いた特殊な糸を使用してリフトアップを行います。
そのため、糸を通す位置などによっては、手術後に糸が透けて見えてしまうという問題も起こってしまいます。
再手術の必要もあるので、注意が必要です。
修正が必要な症例ケース
3Dリフトのメリットは切開を伴わないということですが、一方で複数の糸を皮膚の下に挿入することで立体的に引張るといったものになります。
このため引き上げる量は限定されますし、たるみ量が多い場合にはそれほど効果を得ることができません。

また3Dリフトでも失敗のリスクがあります。特に問題となるのが皮膚のデコボコです。

ただ炎症を除けば、１年程度で糸は体内に吸収されるため修正手術を行うといったケースはほとんどありませんし炎症を引き起こしても薬での対応が一般的です。
再手術が難しい事例
切らない方法でも失敗すると修正が難しく、糸を取り出す必要性が出てきてしまったときには、切開する必要があって傷が大きく残る可能性があります。
顔を立体的にとらえて仕上がりを予想しながら、患者の希望するデザインに整えていく必要があって、技術が必要な方法になります。
また修正が可能なのは糸が取り出し可能な状態であり、ある程度の時間が経過した場合には糸が体内に吸収されはじめているため取り出すことは困難といえます。

美容整形手術には、メスを使用しないものであってもリスクが伴います。
顔の美容整形手術の場合には、失敗してしまうと目立ってしまうので、再手術や修正手術が必要になってしまいます。
