リガメントリフトのダウンタイム中に腫れ・内出血はありましたか？
一か月はパンパンでした。かなり大掛かりなフェイスリフトなので覚悟はしていましたが、かなり腫れて少し不安でした。腫れが引くまでは、効果が出ているのかどうかは正直わかりませんでした。痛みも強かったですが、腫れのほうが怖かったです。

それほど腫れませんという病院は要注意です。一か月ほどは腫れると覚悟しておいたほうが良いでしょう。私もその間はとても普通に外出などできませんでした。周囲の理解を得てからする手術だと思いますね。
リガメントリフトのアフターケア・メンテナンスと修正が必要か教えてください。
とりあえずアイシングを行うようにしていました。直接氷を当てるのではなく、ビニールに入れてタオルでくるんで冷やしていました。シャワーもできるだけ傷口に水が当たらないようにしていました。湯船に浸かるのはしばらく我慢しました。

ダウンタイムの間は辛かったですが、三か月ほどたち、落ちついた今の状態からすると、思いきってうけて良かったです。引き上げ効果はすごいと思います。顔全体が上がり、輪郭もはっきりとわかるようになりました。
