手術を受けた日が一番腫れている程度で、翌日にはかなり引いていました。内出血も一週間ほどで薄くなりました。その間はメイクでも十分隠せる程度なので、それほどダウンタイムは必要なかったと思います。

術後の数日間は、何となく顔にごわつきがあるような感じはしていましたが、傷口が可能するようなこともなく全く問題なしでした。効果がすぐに現われるわけではないのがデメリットといえばそうですが、自然な若返りを望む方には最適です。
ACR療法のアフターケア・メンテナンスと修正が必要か教えてください。
念のために一週間程度は、お風呂に浸かることと、お酒を飲むことは控えていました。そうすることで腫れが引きやすくなり、内出血も早く収まるようです。痛みもほとんどなく、洗顔時はちょっと気を遣いながら優しく行いました。
結論：ACR療法の効果やメリットをお聞かせください。
ボトックスやヒアルロン酸注入よりも、効果が長続きするという事、ちりめんジワにも効くということでこの手術にしました。何より自分の細胞なので、異物を入れている感がなく、リスクを減らせて安心でした。肌が綺麗になりとてもうれしいです。
