とりあえずアイシングを行うようにしていました。直接氷を当てるのではなく、ビニールに入れてタオルでくるんで冷やしていました。シャワーもできるだけ傷口に水が当たらないようにしていました。湯船に浸かるのはしばらく我慢しました。
