私が受けたサーマクールに関しては、トラブルやデメリットは全くないと思います。若干痛いと感じた程度ですが、我慢できないわけでもなく、すぐに慣れてきました。効果が永久ではないのが少し残念ですが。

特にアフターケアはありませんが、効果は永久的ではないので、半年サイクルで受けると良いといわれました。金額的に半年ごとはちょっと厳しいですが、一年ごとにはぜひ受けていきたいと思っています。修正は必要なしです。
