念のために一週間程度は、お風呂に浸かることと、お酒を飲むことは控えていました。そうすることで腫れが引きやすくなり、内出血も早く収まるようです。痛みもほとんどなく、洗顔時はちょっと気を遣いながら優しく行いました。
