まず、トレチノイン・ハイドロキノンを塗る前に、化粧水で肌を整えましょう。こうすることで、治療薬の影響による乾燥を防ぎやすくなります。その後にトレチノイン・ハイドロキノンを塗り、その上から乳液や美容液を塗っていきます。クリームを最後に塗っておくと、かさつきを防止の効果が高まります。
これが基本的な流れですが、塗る順番については皮膚科から説明がありますので、その説明に従って正しく使用してください。
塗る量やタイミングについても注意しましょう。朝と夜に塗るものから、夜だけ塗るものもあります。量を間違えると炎症などの副作用が強く出ますので、気をつけてください。
